If you are travelling by car, turn onto Waverley Road. We are located just off Waverley Road, a 10-minute drive from Glen Waverley. And if you are taking public transport, we are located just two stops away from the Glen Waverley station. 

Yes, advance booking for all classes is required to ensure personalized attention and an optimal yoga experience at our studio. Please book your spot through our website or by contacting us directly. For Zoom classes, advance booking is necessary to receive the session link.

Absolutely! We offer a single-class pass that allows newcomers to experience our classes without committing to a package. We believe in the quality of our teaching and the community spirit of our studio and are confident you’ll find value from the very first session.

If your plans change, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your class start time to avoid a charge. This policy helps us manage small class sizes and ensure the best experience for everyone, including our guests traveling from Glen Waverley and beyond.

Our classes are designed for adults of all ages. We aim to be inclusive, offering yoga that serves everyone in and near Glen Waverley. For younger yogis, please contact us to discuss appropriate options. 

Opt for comfortable, breathable clothing that doesn’t restrict movement. Since yoga is practiced barefoot, no special footwear is required. We recommend bringing a warm layer for relaxation at the end of practice.
