Our special introductory offer is designed to welcome new members with an affordable and accessible way to experience our classes. Experience beginner friendly classes (Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga) over a period of 10 days for just $28. Your offer starts from the day of your first visit.
The Restorative Yoga Class, which offers a relaxed atmosphere and serves as a perfect entry point for beginners. Additionally, our Hatha Classes feature slower movements, detailed explanations of poses and alignment, and ample opportunities for technique correction. Both classes provide a supportive environment to help you get started on your yoga journey.
The beginner friendly classes are held at various days and times. Below is the timetable:
Absolutely! You can attend as many beginner classes as you’d like during the 10-day Intro Offer. However, we encourage you to view this offer as a sampling experience rather than an all-you-can-eat buffet. It’s important to pace yourself and avoid burnout, allowing time for recovery between classes. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore our teaching style and discover the yoga classes that resonate most with you. Enjoy your journey with us!

Now you have to book your class. Try to make the Restorative Yoga as your first class especially if you are fairly new to Yoga.
The easiest way is to :

- Download the booking app on your phone. This is the link for the android phone and this is the iPhone link.
- Use the same username and password that you used to buy the intro offer.
- Click on “Repose Yoga”
- Click on “See Schedule”
- Book the class of your choice.
Of course, head to the drop-down menu, click on the login option, and login using the same username and password that you used to buy the offer and make your bookings.
The easiest way of checking availability is by opening the live calendar and clicking on book now. If you are prompted with ‘join waitlist’, that’s an indication that the class is fully booked. Alternatively you can give us a call on 0406614012.
Yes. Classes are small Sized and popular, so Please book your class well in advance to avoid disappointment. You can book classes up to 6 weeks in advance.
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24hours before the class begins to avoid a cancellation fee.
For your first class, bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel. If you don’t have a mat, we have mats available for you to use.
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid overly loose clothing that may get in the way during poses.
No, yoga is for everyone, regardless of flexibility. Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels, and your teacher will help you modify poses as needed.
The frequency of your practice depends on your individual goals and schedule. Many people find practicing 2-3 times a week to be beneficial. Listen to your body and find a rhythm that works for you.
We offer a variety of classes including Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, and Chair Yoga. You can find detailed descriptions of each class type on our Class Styles Page.
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24hours before the class begins to avoid a cancellation fee.
Make sure to stay hydrated, eat a light meal a few hours before class. Arrive on time and wait for the main gate to open.
Do not knock on the door as there may be a class prior to yours running.

Please discuss your injuries with your yoga teacher before your first class. Our yoga teacher works closely with physiotherapists and osteopaths to ensure a safe practice. It is important to communicate your specific needs so we can accommodate you accordingly.
Unfortunately, these clauses are not suitable for pregnancy.
Absolutely! In fact, 50% of our class participants are male. Yoga is for everyone, regardless of gender, and offers numerous benefits for both body and mind.
Absolutely! All our classes are live-streamed via Zoom. We keep the number of Zoom participants to a minimum to ensure that the teacher can keep an eye on those attending virtually and provide appropriate guidance and corrections.
There is a strict 24 hours cancellation policy is in place, so remember to cancel your bookings well in advance in case you can’t make it. Last minute cancellations and no shows will nullify your intro pass.
The pass needs to be utilised within 2 months of purchase.
No refunds, extensions or transfers.
Please note that all cancellations require 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, a cancellation penalty of the cost of your class will apply.
Passes can be extended only in certain situations:
– Travel: If you are going away for more than one week, please notify us in writing before your trip.
– Serious Illness: If you have been seriously ill and required hospitalization or surgery, we can extend your pass.
Unfortunately, in other cases, passes cannot be extended.
Unfortunately, refunds for passes are not available.
Regrettably, transfers of passes to friends or family are not permitted.
To ensure a peaceful environment, we ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive late few minutes late, please enter quietly and settle in quickly. The doors are locked 5 minutes after the class starts.
