Hatha Yoga

Designed to stretch and realign the body’s neuromuscular system and calm the mind. Balances the ha (sun) and the tha (moon) energies of the body. Suitable for all. Injuries and limitations are taken into consideration. Beginner-friendly. Available on Zoom and In-Studio. Duration: 1 hour


Gentle movements with plenty of passive stretching. Suitable for all difficulties – from absolute beginners to advanced, or anyone recovering from injuries or surgery. Available on Zoom and In-Studio. Duration: 1 hour

Vinyasa Yoga

Like a dance, where one asana seamlessly flows into another. Suitable for intermediate students with a strong understanding of alignment. Available on Zoom and In-Studio. Duration: 1 hour 

Morning Flow

A mixed level class, with an emphasis on ‘restoring a full range of movement’ and ‘powerful breathing techniques’.
This class would be especially beneficial to those who feel stiff in their muscles and joints and are keen to restore their body’s natural range of movement. The breathing techniques taught in this class are exclusive to this class as they are not taught in any of the other classes. These breathing techniques are very powerful.
Duration 1 hour.
