Hatha Yoga

Designed to stretch and realign the body’s neuromuscular system and calm the mind. Balances the ha (sun) and the tha (moon) energies of the body. This class includes stretching and strength-building asanas with plenty of alignment cues. Each class ends with breathwork and a relaxation technique.

Suitable for all.
Injuries and limitations are taken into consideration. Beginner-friendly.

Expect to feel:
Balanced and Stretched
Available on:
Zoom and In-Studio.
Duration:
1 hour
Gentle Hatha Yoga

Gentle Hatha Yoga

A gentle and accessible practice that avoids any strain on the knees or wrists. This class builds strength and mobility across the whole body while keeping movements safe and supported. Resistance bands and blocks are introduced to help strengthen and isolate specific muscle groups, giving you a deeper sense of stability and balance. Bolsters and blankets are used for padding and extra support for comfort. Each session concludes with calming breathwork, followed by meditation and relaxation, leaving you supported, flexible, and strong.

Suitable for:
Everyone. Including absolute beginners, seniors, and those wanting to practice yoga without wrist or knee pressure.

Expect to feel:
Supported and flexible
Available on:
Zoom and In-Studio.
Duration:
1 hour

Restorative Yoga

Gentle movements with plenty of passive stretching. The purpose of restorative yoga is to restore the body’s mobility. Each posture is held for an extended period of time and the body’s connective tissues and ligaments are targeted instead of the muscles. Lengthening the body’s complex system of connective tissues eventually permits the larger muscle groups to stretch and lengthen more effectively.

Suitable for:
All – from absolute beginners to advanced, or anyone recovering from injuries or surgery.

Expect to feel:
very very relaxed
Available on:
Zoom and In-Studio.
Duration:
1 hour

Vinyasa Yoga

Meditation in motion, like a dance, where one asana seamlessly flows into another. With plenty of emphasis on strength-building asanas, the energetic flow in Vinyasa Yoga generates heat in the body. The flow is followed by some yin-based cooling asanas and a relaxation technique.

Suitable for:
Intermediate students with a strong understanding of alignment.

Expect to feel:
Rejuvenated
Available on:
Zoom and In-Studio.
Duration:
1 hour
