I have been attending Puneeta’s classes since my daughter was 7 months old (over 3 years ago!). During my pregnancy I had an unstable pelvis which was also giving me grief postpartum. I wanted to also regain my core strength and have some devoted and illusive “me time”. From day one she has attended to my physical and emotional needs with her small, personlised classes. She is an amazing, knowledgeable, super witty and spiritually mindful instructor. A true, true Yogi 🙏. Now with the ever changing Covid crisis, Puneeta acted swiftly and quickly before anything was even rolled out by the govt to deliver her classes online! Her classes remain, bespoke and completely and mindfully intune with what I need, all in the comfort of my own space. She is truly amazing! I am grateful more than ever for her classes during these uncertain times ❤ Thank you Puneeta 🙏

In these trying times it is more important than ever to keep up your practice! Puneeta has implemented an on line virtual class that is brilliant! Close your eyes, listen to her instructions and you may as well be in the room! Excuses like I don’t have a computer etc etc don’t cut it as all you need is your mobile phone – it’s SO easy to set up even for people like me who know nothing about technology!
Do your body and mind a favour and jump on board you will not regret it! Thank you Puneeta

Puneeta is a superstar! Her online classes felt just as personalised and nourishing as her usual classes and it was very easy to follow her instructions to set up the online class. Her teaching is very knowledgeable and for all abilities and I always finish a session feeling much more centred and composed. 5/5

“Almost two years since doing yoga with Puneeta. For someone who has never done yoga before, it has been a very rewarding experience physically, spiritually and general wellbeing. Puneeta has really help strengthen my core muscles, especially my lower back. The breathing techniques has reduced my sinus issues. I am amazed at the improvement of my strength and flexibility. Puneeta was very welcoming and reassuring during the class. With the small class size this allows Puneeta to watch each individual to ensure we do each movement correctly and genuinely cares about our well being. My husband found Repose Yoga (formerly known as Yoga In Mount Waverley) and after my first class I was hooked.
Puneeta is such a great instructor, she has the spunkiest personality which makes coming to her classes enjoyable as well as entertaining.
The classes are small which gives Puneeta the ability to teach you what to do and what not to do.
If you want to learn how to do Yoga properly and not feel lost in some show-pony class at the local gym then this is definitely the place to go.”
