By accessing the Repose Yoga studio or website, you agree to adhere to and be governed by the following terms and conditions, which, along with our Privacy Policy, establish the framework of Repose Yoga’s relationship with you regarding the studio and website. We retain the right to modify, alter, or replace any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE INTRO YOGA PASS

– The Intro Pass is exclusively available for new students. – It grants unlimited access to Hatha and Restorative yoga classes for a duration of 10 days, offered both in-studio and via Zoom. – A strict 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect; failure to provide proper notice may lead to the loss of the pass and future class opportunities. – Class reservations must be made in advance and are contingent upon availability. – This pass is non-transferable and non-refundable. – Any changes from in-studio to Zoom (or vice versa) requested without 24-hour notice will be treated as a cancellation. – The studio maintains the right to adjust the schedule or change instructors as necessary. – Participation in yoga entails physical exertion; students are advised to consult with a healthcare professional prior to initiating any new exercise program. The studio and its instructors are not responsible for any injuries incurred during class.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL OTHER PACKAGES (Casual, 10 and 20 Class Packs)

– A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations; failure to comply will result in the deduction of the class fee/credit from your package. – There are no extensions permitted on the validity periods of the passes. – Refunds are not available for any packages. – Class packs are non-transferable between individuals. – Any request to shift from in-studio to Zoom (or vice versa) made without 24-hour notice will be regarded as a cancellation and necessitate a separate booking. – The studio and instructors assume no liability for injuries sustained during class sessions.

Pricing

All prices, products, and offers include GST. Prices are accurate at the time of online publication. Price changes may occur periodically. Notice of such changes will be communicated on our website and through email to current students.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards may be utilized to attend yoga classes at Repose Yoga. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift Cards are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Repose Yoga does not provide refunds for Gift Cards due to change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reasons. All purchases are considered final. We accept no liability if a Gift Card is used without your authorization. Gift Cards can be purchased either online or in the studio.
