Of course! Our classes are all hybrid in nature, meaning that you can attend your regular yoga class via Zoom as well.

Absolutely not! We offer a range of classes for all levels of experience. Therefore, you can start as a beginner and progress as quickly or gradually as you you’d like. The Restorative classes and Hatha Yoga Classes are best for beginners.

We offer a variety of classes including Restorative, Hatha, Vinyasa

Signups happen online through our website or mobile app, or you can always give us a call if you prefer.

Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel. If you don’t have already have a mat, we have some sanitized yoga mats available at the studio that we would be happy to provide for your first class.

Wear exercise clothing that doesn’t restrict movement, that is also breathable and comfortable. Yoga is typically practiced barefoot, so specific footwear is not required.
