I have been attending Puneeta’s classes for about a year- including many Zoom sessions during Covid lockdowns. Being a retiree, I am conscious of the need to keep active and to maintain a regular fitness routine. I have been going to Puneeta’s yoga class for 6 months and would definitely recommend Yoga in Mount Waverley to anyone wanting to attend a regular class, whether you are a beginner or more experienced. The classes are small in size which allows Puneeta to pay individual attention to each student ensuring you learn the proper form for each pose. Puneeta is an excellent teacher with a friendly, approachable manner as well as a great sense of humour! She is always interested to know of student’s injuries and health issues to ensure they get the most from their yoga class. I thoroughly enjoy my class and look forward to it each week . However tired I feel when I arrive I always leave the class feeling refreshed.
