I joined Puneeta’s Hatha classes for 6 weeks while visiting family this Autumn. She welcomed me into the community as if I was a local and it was such a joy to practice with her. I am a relative newbie to yoga and found Puneeta’s approach to be so nurturing and instructional all at the same time. Her classes are not like any others I’ve found and are so helpful for mind, body AND soul that I hope to continue joining remotely from Colorado in the US.
